Terms of service
1. Provider and service
Briefella (briefella.com and app.briefella.com) is operated by […], […], tax ID […], email […].
Briefella is a web application for planning, writing, checking and archiving content for search engines and AI search: a content pipeline, briefs, sources and claims, an editor with SEO tools, quality checks, reports, exports and optional AI features.
2. Account and team
- You need an account to use the service. Provide accurate details and keep your access secure.
- An account can be personal or a team. The team owner invites members, assigns roles and is responsible for their actions in the team.
- The service is intended for businesses and people using it in their professional activity.
3. Demo, plans and payments
- A new account gets a free demo with the limits shown in the app.
- Paid plans, prices, limits and features are described in the app under "Plan and payments". Payments are processed by Przelewy24.
- A plan renews for the next period unless cancelled before. Invoices are issued electronically.
4. Your content
- Content you enter into Briefella belongs to you or your team. You grant us a licence only as needed to store, process and display it as part of the service.
- You are responsible for having the right to the content you enter and for it not infringing the law or the rights of others.
- Team content is kept in the company archive and can be downloaded at any time as an export package.
5. AI features
- AI features are an add-on. AI results are proposals that need a human decision. They may contain errors, so check facts and sources before publishing.
- If a team adds its own API key, the team pays the AI provider under that provider's terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Briefella for unlawful activity, spam, attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Integrations
Connecting external services (for example Google Drive, AI providers, sign-in with Google or Microsoft) is optional. Those services run under their providers' terms.
8. Availability and liability
- We work to keep the service available, but it may have technical breaks; we announce planned maintenance in advance.
- We are not liable for the effects of publishing content, for search rankings, or for damage resulting from using AI results without checking them.
- Our liability to businesses is limited to the fees paid for the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. Before a team is deleted, its owner can download the full content archive.
10. Complaints and contact
Send complaints and questions to […]. We reply within 14 days.
11. Final provisions
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court competent for the provider's registered office. We announce changes to these terms at least 14 days in advance. How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
